100 Things You Never Knew About Me |
My favorite female singer is Barbra Streisand - Everyone Knows That! I think George Bush and Dick Cheney should stand trial as war criminals I've watched the Young and the Restless since it started in the early 1970s. I was in the Air Force for six years My current favorite show on TV is The Riches on FX Although not politically correct, I like the word colored (which I spell coloured) Two of my favorite (non-Streisand) songs are "He Aint Heavy He's My Brother" and "Imagine" I rarely drink soda (pop) I'm annoyed by people who sleep to much As a boy I took tap lessons I have lived in 10 states I dont want to get married but believe I should have the right if I choose I agree with 99% of what Rosie O'Donnell says I have two older brothers and one younger sister I believe Bill Clinton was a great president I think Raquel Welch is still the most beautiful woman I enrolled in college at 29 years old I prefer red wine over white My Gramma Willi's maiden name was FUNK My favorite number is 24 Every semester in high school I switched schools I thought Madonna would be a flash in the pan I vote for those who don't My favorite Broadway musical is Miss Saigon Today's singers can't sing I sucked my thumb until I was 11 years old I started smoking when I was 11 years old My favorite holiday is Thanksgiving I've never seen any of the Star Wars movies (or wanted to) My college grade point average was 3.94 I work between home and Western Canada (ha-I got laid off) I believe boys are stupid and girls lie I write with my left hand but eat and brush my teeth with my right I am listed in the Whos-Who of American Junior College Students in 1992 I voted Republican until 1992 I had to gain weight in order to join the Air Force My favorite gadget is my slingbox... it allows me to watch my home TV (and TIVO) anywhere there is a high-speed internet connection My favorite saying is "A rolling stone gathers no moss (Roll over)" My favorite bird is the pelican I think Oprah has gotten too rich and too full of herself Swimming in lakes (and oceans) creeps me out... I prefer pools Ive been happily divorced for 23 years Between them my parents have been married seven times My favorite Streisand song is Evergreen Brenda Dickson is my favorite Jill My favorite food is Thai I once moved to LA to write screenplays I still say Thank you, Excuse me and Please I think Bill O'Reilly is ablowhard bully I prefer college football to professional (Go Blue) I think I am a reincarnated Coloured Woman I co-founded the Peer Wellness Center at Pima College in 1992 and it still runs to this day I believe in God and that Jesus Christ was a great man, but not his son any more than I am My favorite flower is the lillac (oh...and plumeria) I don't think Elizabeth Taylor was a very good actress I mostly grew up in Athens, MI (a small rural town outside of Battle Creek - Cereal Capital of the World) My favorite male singers are Elton John and Marc Anthony I quit high school because I was going to be 1/4 credit short to graduate I dont eat liver or beets The happiest day of my life was September 24, 1982 The second happiest day was September 23, 1984 I don't like Seattle Briefs over boxers (I do like boxer briefs though) I believe Abraham Lincoln should have freed the slaves and then let the south go What makes me the happiest these days is spending time with my granddaughter Noelle My favorite movie is "Trip to Bountiful" I prefer Alaskan King Crab over Lobster I was named to the National Deans List in 1992 As a boy I used to lead my mother around department stores like she was blind My favorite tropical getaway is Honolulu As a boy I took baton lessons I use two flavors of dressing on a salad - french and blue cheese While in the Air Force my brother and I were stationed at the same base and worked in the same office My least favorite state is Florida I've had something like 20 step brothers and sisters My favorite seaside town is Provincetown, MA My favorite big city is Chicago (but I love New York) I love margaritas Im not a huge fan of Christmas My favorite show growing up was Gilligan's Island It isn't music if you can't dance or sing to it My favorite color is blue and usually only wear blue, black, white and gray I graduated from Glenburn HighSchool, Glenburn, ND - population 338 The only steak I really like is Fillet Mignon I've been to 49 states - still haven't been to Alaska I believe the world would be a better place without organized religion Watching people say goodbye at the airport makes me cry. It reminds me of saying goodbye to my brother Frank when he left for the Air Force |
